Welder / Fabricator
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | Durand Area
A growing manufacturing company in the Durand area is seeking a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with welding experience who is looking for long-term, steady work with a consistent schedule and overtime opportunities.
Our client is willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and ready to work in a hands-on fabrication environment.
Pay
Starting at $22+/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Enjoy a full-time 4-day work week with optional overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Welding and metal fabrication

Blueprint reading
-
Material layout and measuring
-
Cutting and processing steel materials

Forklift operation
-
General shop support and fabrication duties

Following workplace safety standards
Qualifications

Previous welding experience preferred

Fabrication experience is a plus

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Self-motivated and willing to learn

Ability to work independently and with a team
Requirements

Must provide your own steel-toed boots
