General Labor / Lumber Stacker
Colfax, WI
$18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Looking for an active, hands-on job where you can work outdoors and be part of a hardworking team? We are hiring General Labor / Lumber Stackers for a growing manufacturing facility in Colfax, WI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and are looking for stable, long-term employment.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No weekends!
What You'll Do
- Stack, organize, and band lumber for shipment.
- Feed plywood and lumber products through the production process.
- Assist with packaging and preparing finished materials.
- Safely move materials throughout the yard.
- Operate a forklift when needed (experience is a plus but not required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
Work Environment
This position is primarily outdoors in a lumber yard. Employees work in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year while performing physical, fast-paced work. If you enjoy working outside and staying active instead of sitting at a desk, this could be the perfect fit.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday.
- Able to work outdoors in all seasons.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work safely in a team environment.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
