General Labor - Feed Mill Production
Location: Menomonie, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00/hr
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a busy feed mill operation in Menomonie. This is a physically active role with immediate openings available. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment and capable of lifting 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Bag, stack, and move feed products throughout the facility
- Mix feed ingredients into bulk production batches
- Support daily feed mill and production operations
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate a forklift when required (preferred but not required)
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Previous general labor, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to repetitively lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Comfortable working in a dusty and physically demanding environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus
