The Food & Beverage Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the exceptional quality and efficiency of dining services within our prestigious club. This position involves the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of service while providing a memorable culinary experience for our esteemed members and guests. The successful candidate will coordinate with executive chefs and kitchen staff to create menus that reflect seasonality and member preferences, while also managing inventory and ordering processes to ensure a seamless operation. Additionally, the manager will lead and inspire a team of service staff, fostering a work environment that emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and excellence. This role requires strategic planning and execution to achieve budgetary goals, enhance member satisfaction, and implement innovative service techniques. The Food & Beverage Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring the club's culinary offerings are not only delightful but also safe for consumption. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the front of house staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Develop and manage food and beverage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team while considering member preferences.
  • Implement effective training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control ordering processes to minimize waste and manage costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Coordinate special events and catering services, ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within a high-end establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices, wine pairing, and beverage trends.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and staff effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and service.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
