Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties
