Job Title: Table Associate – Cheese Production
Express Employment in Platteville WI has partnered with a local business in MUSCODA WI to search for a candidate to support their business in a Table Associate. This is a full-time position.
Job Description:
The Table Associate helps maintain product quality and safety throughout the cheese production process. You’ll work on essential production tasks, follow safety rules, and support a clean, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Help with daily tasks:

Support production flow:
-
Retrieve ingredients and tools
-
Report any food safety or quality issues right away
-
Notify Maintenance of equipment problems
-
Learn and follow SOPs, including:
-
Shoveling
-
Salting
-
Adding ingredients
-
Tower filling/operation
-
Sanitation and cleaning
-
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs):

Wear proper protective gear (hair restraints, gloves, aprons)
-
Wash hands and change gloves regularly
-
Stay in designated areas and follow traffic patterns
-
Keep the workplace safe and professional
-
Follow all food safety and company policies
-
Do other tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Food or manufacturing experience is a plus
-
Must follow instructions and safety rules
-
Able to stand, move, and lift during long shifts
-
Team player with strong work ethic
Hours: 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM (Rotating 12s)
