Job Title: Maintenance Trainee
Express Employment in Platteville WI has partnered with a local business in SHULLSBURG WI to search for a candidate to support their business in a Maintenance Trainee. This is a full-time position.
Job Description:
Join a team at a leading cheese production facility in Shullsburg as a Maintenance Trainee. This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a Maintenance Technician role, earning up to $30/hour. Training begins on 1st shift, with future shift flexibility required.
Responsibilities:

Assist with maintenance of cheese processing and packaging equipment

Learn and perform preventative maintenance tasks

Support senior technicians with repairs and troubleshooting

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Occasionally work Saturdays during special projects
Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic

Willing to work different shifts after training

Industrial or mechanical experience is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional weekends)
