Job Full Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Type: Skilled Trade

Pay: $26-$32/hr (depending on qualifications)

Location: Hudson, WI

Job Duties:

1. Read blueprints.
2. Use precision measuring devices, portable mills, lathes, vertical and horizontal mills, radial drills, portable horizontal boring bar, and line boring, and other common hand tools.
3. Constructs special jig and tooling.
4. Operates a variety of machine tools to perform machining operations on assigned projects.
5. Sharpens and may design and product special cutting tools.
6. May clean and debur parts.
7. Understands machine processes to be performed and sets up machines and performs required processes with minimum waste materials.

Qualifications:

1. 3-4+ years' experience in a fabrication shop.
2. Experience with G&M code.
3. Experience with Fusion 360 or Master Cam.
4. Experience with Vertical & Horizontal Mills.
5. Read blueprints and precision measuring devices.
