Position: Cabinet Maker
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (6am-2:30pm)
Pay: $18+/hr depending on experience
Location: River Falls, WI
General Summary: We are currently recruiting for multiple Millworker positions in River Falls, WI
Job Duties:
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings
- Build custom projects from start to finish using woodworking tools and equipment
- Work with materials such as hardwood, plywood, laminate, and veneers
- Assemble components with precision, ensuring exceptional quality and fit
- Operate equipment including saws, routers, and case clamps
- Collaborate with team members and support other departments when needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in cabinet making, custom furniture, or millwork
- Proficient in reading shop drawings and using a tape measure
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
