Job Full Description

Title: General Assembly Operator

Location: River Falls, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; Part-Time to Full-Time hours within that schedule

Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

1. Assemble power cables of varying sizes.
2. Operate and monitor production equipment and pull materials according to orders and client specifications.
3. Use manual and power tools frequently.
4. Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
5. Perform additional testing on products as needed.
6. Package finished products for shipping according to customer specifications.
7. Safely operate a forklift to handle material on the production floor.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Forklift driving experience preferred.
4. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
5. Understanding of quality control processes and techniques preferred.
6. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently frequently.
7. Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
8. Ability to work well on a team.
