Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of River Falls is currently recruiting for a manufacturing company in New Richmond, WI that is looking to add skilled Machine Operators to their team and hiring on multiple shifts! If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
2nd shift - Pay: $20/hour Plus $3 Shift differential for 2nd shift only
Monday- Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm, Friday's 2:00pm-10:30pm
*Requires at least 6 months recent machine operating experience*
Duties include but not limited to:
- Follow production and machine operating instructions and specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Maintain an organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in machine operating or working in a production environment
- Forklift experience and drivers license required for stocker position
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
