Production Technician

Primary Responsibilities
Digital Workflow & 3D Printing Support

Utilize custom software to prepare and optimize digital files for production.

Operate and support SLS/SLA 3D printing systems, including job setup and organization.

Perform quality checks on digital files to ensure accuracy before the printing process begins.

Maintain organized digital production logs and documentation.
Hands-on Assembly & Quality Control

Perform finishing steps on 3D-printed parts to meet specific medical standards.

Use manual tools to verify the fit, accuracy, and quality of custom devices.

Manage case-specific paperwork, labeling, and packaging to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized physical workspace.
Team Collaboration

Work alongside a high-performing team to maintain a steady production flow.

Cross-train in various departments to provide flexible support where needed.

Work Schedule & Role Details

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Standard Hours: Monday–Thursday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Friday (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.).

Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
