Job Title: Customer Service Attendant
Location: New Richmond, WI
Hours: 8-Hour Shift (Choose One)
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 10:00am - 6:00pm
Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and responsible Car Wash/Customer Service Attendant for a client in New Richmond, WI. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, maintain the cleanliness and operation of the facility, and assist customers with any questions or concerns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and assist with using self-serve car wash equipment.
· Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns or issues.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash bays, vacuum areas, and surrounding grounds.
· Perform routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
· Ensure safe and orderly operation of the facility.
· Handle cash or process payments as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required.
· Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
· Dependable and punctual.
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods.
