Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Cashier
Location: Hudson, WI Position Type: Part Time 15-20 hours per week Wage: $15 per hour
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As the face of our store, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized shop, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and legally.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product locations, and provide recommendations when asked.

Transaction Management: Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.

Compliance: Strictly enforce legal age requirements by verifying valid government-issued identification for every age-restricted purchase.

Inventory & Maintenance: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, professional storefront.

Safety: Monitor the store floor for security and ensure a safe shopping environment for all patrons.
Requirements & Qualifications

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience: Previous retail or cashiering experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs (cases of product).

Reliability: Punctuality and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
