Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Saw Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and physical manufacturing environment. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and equipment adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
- Ability to accurately identify products.
- Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Background in factory or warehouse environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to use a tape measure.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Standing, twisting, bending, lifting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual accountability.
