Position: Pillow Production Associate
Type: Full-time (40 hours/week - MUST!)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour Location: Osceola, WI

Job Summary:
As a Pillow Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, directly involved in the creation of our therapeutic pillows. Your responsibilities will include hand-stuffing pillows, operating various assembly machines, and ensuring the quality of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually stuffing pillows with filling materials.
- Operating various machines to assemble different components of the pillows.
- Performing quality checks on your own work to ensure products meet our standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and twisting.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the entire shift.
- Must possess good fine motor coordination for detailed work.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
