Manufacturing Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift - Luck, WI

We are currently hiring dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Operators for our 1st and 2nd shifts. If you have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply!
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $19.00 per hour (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- 2nd Shift: $19.75 per hour (Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate process equipment according to product specifications. This may involve working with both computerized and manually controlled machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, traveler requirements, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Perform necessary mathematical calculations as required for the role.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the consistent and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct daily testing of safety equipment, such as light curtains, on designated machinery (LiveWire, Brake Looming, Finishing, Crimper) when required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
