These positions play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of product while meeting production goals.
AM Shred:
Shift: Mon-Fri, 5am-5pm
Responsibilities: Pulling cheese for production, operate shred machinery, pulling bags of cheese off conveyor, cleaning and sanitizing all machinery/tools/shred room, and recordkeeping. 40 degree work environment.
Rate: $17.50/hr
AM String Packer:
Shift: Tue-Friday and every other Monday from 6am until done
Responsibilities: Package string cheeses, monitor machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain cleanliness.
Rate: $17.50/hr
PM String Packer:
Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00pm-8:00am, Sunday-Thursday one week, Monday-Thursday the next (Every-other Sunday)
Responsibilities: This position performs the packaging operation of string cheeses, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product. Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production information. This job requires steady standing, lifting, and stretching. Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environment.
Rate: $19.50/hr
PM Loaf Packer:
Shift: 2nd shift, 5 days a week rotating schedule, 4:00pm-Done (8-10hrs a day typically).
Responsibilities: Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line. This is a fast pace position that require the ability to lift up to 70lbs.
Rate:$19.55/hr
AM Loaf Packer:
Shift: 1st shift, 5 days a week rotating schedule, rotating weekends, 6:00am till 4pm
Responsibilities: Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line. This is a fast pace position that require the ability to lift up to 70lbs.
Rate: $18.40/hr
