AM Shred:
Shift: Monday–Thursday, Fridays as needed, 5:00am–5:00pm
Responsibilities: Pull cheese for production, operate shred machinery, remove bags from conveyor, sanitize all machinery and tools, clean shred room, and complete required documentation. Work is performed in a 40-degree environment and requires steady standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and repetitive motion. Must work well as part of a team.
Rate: $19.00/hr
AM Makeroom Operator:
Shift: 1st shift, rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 7:00am–7:00pm
Responsibilities: Supports the cheesemaking process by monitoring machines, cooker temperatures, and cheese pH/acid levels. Duties include milling, mixing, boxing cheese, and general housekeeping. Involves steady standing, lifting up to 63 lbs, and working in a hot, humid environment.
Rate: $19.00/hr
