Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing company in Amery, WI? We've partnered with a local innovator seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join their assembly and quality inspection team!
This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, one-piece flow production environment, utilizing your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5am-5pm (flexible shift)
Assembly: $15.00 an hour
Quality Control: Up to $20 an hour
Assembly Responsibilities:

Perform various assembly tasks, including electrical and mechanical components.

Utilize hand tools and light power tools to assemble products.

Ensure all mechanical assemblies are tightened to precise torque specifications.

Work efficiently within a one-piece flow production line, maintaining quality and pace.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Inspecting wire kits, cables, wire harnesses, and assemblies for length, count, labels, and defects.
- Approving production personnel’s crimps and soldering in process.
- Testing product for continuity and opens using schematics, test sheets, test fixtures, or customer drawings.
- Assisting in data collection and offer opportunities for improvement.
- Helping with assembly of cable/harness as workload allows.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and light power tools.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of torque specifications (training may be provided).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
