Job Full Description
Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a growing wire manufacturer in Osceola who is hiring for a Cable Operator position. Candidates will need to demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and adaptability in order to succeed in this fast paced environment.
2nd shift- 4p to 12a Mon-Fri $21.50/hr
3rd shift- 12a to 8a Mon-Fri $22.00/hr
Job Duties:
- Set up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on cabling process.
- Utilize computers to view production schedules, specifications, routings, and record production.
- Assemble die, spreader plates, reels of conductors, insulating materials.
- Order raw materials from the material handler as needed.
- Perform and document all quality inspections as required.
Job Requirements:
- Good problem solving skills
- Verbal and Written communication skills
- Dexterity
- Basic math
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 to 2 years previous manufacturing experience preferred.
