Job Full Description
Craft high-performance canoe and kayak paddles from teak wood or composite materials, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM – Monday – Thursday (Possible overtime on Fridays)
Pay: $15/an hour
Essential duties and responsibilities of the job:
· Hand sanding
· Applying and sanding fiberglass and varnish coating
· Attention to detail
· Good hand/eye coordination
· Manual dexterity
· Ensure that products are made to specification (taking full responsibility for quality), delivered on time, within cost parameters, in a clean and safe environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Manufacturing experience
· Woodworking/Sanding experience
· Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
· Bending, lifting, twisting
