Express Employment of Saint Croix Falls has partnered with a company located in Osceola who is in search of a Material Handler.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45AM-2:15PM, $21/hour – (Train on 1st shift)
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, label, and store materials within the designated warehouse locations Accurately retrieve and deliver material to the production work centers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using proper warehouse management systems (daily worksheets, material cards, and ERP system
- Identify, report, and resolve, inventory discrepancies
- Identify and report non-conforming materials to proper personnel
- Safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Perform scheduled inventory audits
- Daily cleaning of plastisol tanks and dipping equipment
- Routine cleaning of pump & drainage stations
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and necessary action or communications made for equipment to be kept in good repair
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, production, and shipping departments
- Load and unload trucks while following proper material handling procedures

Minimum Requirements:
- Must consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic, including initiative, accountability, and attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent production flow and team coordination.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling a plus
- Experience or certification with forklift and other material handling equipment preferred
- Basic math and computer skills are preferred and prior experience with inventory systems a plus.
