Job Full Description
Express Employment has partnered with a company in Osceola that specializes in producing quality custom cables. This company is currently hiring for a Process Technician. Hours for this role are 4p to 12a Mon-Fri and pay is starting at $25/hr. In this role candidates will need to be flexible, adaptable, have a positive attitude, and great attention to detail.
Job Duties:
- Provide technical support for operators, explaining and demonstrating operation of equipment, material processing, and safety in material handling.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations on process and quality improvement to ensure delivery of high quality products.
- Equipment updates.
- Improves processing of equipment.
- Participate in daily meetings.
- Produce reports as needed.
Job Requirments:
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical degree preferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred with specific experience in wire and cable manufacturing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Engineering/Sales vocabulary
- Strong Analytical ability
