Job Summary
Express Employment is currently recruiting a detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a great company based in Amery, WI. In this role, you will inspect all products to ensure customer requirements are met, maintain high standards of quality control, and support production floor operations as needed.
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Amery, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

Product Inspection: Inspect and test all pump-line builds, as well as packaging, as tested and approved units come off the line.

Testing & Verification: Test products for continuity and opens using electronic schematics, test sheets, test fixtures, or customer drawings.

Data & Improvement: Assist in data collection and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the floor.

Production Support: Help with general assembly on the production floor when workload allows (requires familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, impact drivers, and drills).
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience reading electronic schematics and technical drawings (preferred).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
