- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- $19.00 per hour
Position Summary
As a Picker/Packer Associate, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting, inspecting, packaging, and preparing toys and games for shipment. You will work alongside a team and utilize automated equipment to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse storage locations based on customer orders.
- Package products securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and verify shipment information for accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or damage prior to shipment.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while maintaining a clean work area.
- Operate automated warehouse equipment as trained.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the workday.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
