Maintenance and Remodel Technician
Location: Plover, WI
Company: Express Employment Professionals
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-call rotation every 4–6 weeks)
Compensation: $18-$24/hour
Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Maintenance and Remodel Technician to join our team! You’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing apartments, houses, and commercial buildings. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who can deliver both speed and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
· Respond to work orders including:
o Basic plumbing
o HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs
o Drywall patching and repair
o Hanging doors
o Light electrical (replacing fixtures, switches, and outlets)
· Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency after-hours repairs
· Support snow removal and other seasonal maintenance
· Assist with turnover of rental units between tenants
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
· Verifiable experience in maintenance or a related field
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Physical ability to complete demanding tasks
