Job Full Description
We are looking for an outgoing and professional person to assist with tours of our apartments and assisting with various leasing office duties. Daily activities include Tours of apartments with potential renters (Primary duty) Delivery of notices Helping answer phones Online correspondences with renters & potential renters Monitoring properties to maintain curb appeal and address issues Occasional marketing. Daily activities will be traveling from one property to another giving tours. We operate in Wausau, Merrill, Marshfield, Stratford, Stevens Point, Plover, Wisconsin Rapids, and Berlin so out of town travel happens daily. Ideal applicants would be outgoing and professional in their interactions with clients and have an attention to detail. Yet is comfortable being assertive when enforcing policies. Don't mind always being on the go in all weather conditions. Prior work experience in the apartment industry is a bonus, but not required. Applicants should be proficient with MS office and the Google product suite. A valid driver's license and a good driving record is required for this position.
