Job Full Description
Dispatcher/Customer Service
We are looking for a person who excels at customer service and is open to learning the industry of a family owned pool company in Sullivan.
Wage: $18-28 based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Work includes:
- Communicate with homeowners and technicians on orders, deliveries, project updates, etc.
- Dispatch technicians and maintenance to job sites
- Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed
- Order correct parts for projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient with technology; Google calendar and Google Docs specifically
- Ability to learn the industry, equipment, and products
- Customer service experience
- Excellent follow up with customers
