Facility Maintenance Technician – Waterloo, WI
Pay: $31 – $35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-call as needed)

We’re seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support a growing manufacturing operation near Waterloo, WI. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, basic welding, and electrical systems in an industrial setting. You will help maintain equipment, ensure safe operations, and contribute to the efficiency of production.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular and emergency maintenance on facility systems and equipment

Document maintenance activities using MaintainX software
-
Drive to pick up supplies and materials as needed
-
Respond to maintenance requests across all three shifts as needed
-
Ensure compliance with food production, GMP, and safety standards
Qualifications:
-
Valid Driver’s License

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, basic welding, and electrical systems

Ability to work on-call across all shifts

Commitment to safety and quality standards
Physical Requirements:

Able to climb flights of stairs multiple times per shift
-
Work in confined or hot spaces as required

Perform outdoor upkeep in all weather conditions
