Electrical Assembler – Crane Manufacturing | Watertown, WI
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time

We’re hiring Electrical Assemblers for a well-established crane manufacturing company in Watertown, WI. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected leader in the industry, building high-quality equipment used nationwide.
Once hired on permanently, employees enjoy the option to work four 10-hour shifts — giving you a 3-day weekend every week!
Job Responsibilities:

Assemble electrical control panels and related components using hand and power tools

Follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to complete assemblies accurately

Inspect work for quality and safety standards

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly as needed for production

Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Qualifications:
-
Previous electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
