Machine Operator
Location: Delafield, WI 53018
Starting Wage: $23.00/hour - $26.00/hour
Shift: 2nd
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 2:00pm – 12:00am
Typical Day in the Role:
The Pouch Operator is responsible for tasks that include:
- Maintains and inspects the quality of printed products to meet customer expectations
- Sets up, monitors, and adjusts converting equipment and tooling according to individual job specifications.
- Cross trains in other roles across the production environment
- Problem solves issues that arise
- Effectively work as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 2 or more years of manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
