What You'll Do:
- Lead daily farm operations and supervise 10+ full-time and seasonal staff
- Build and execute work plans, schedules, and team task lists
- Promote a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
- Solve problems and make on-the-spot decisions to keep things running smoothly
- Monitor inventory, track supplies, and oversee logistics and shipping coordination
- Communicate directly with ownership, providing clear updates and feedback
- Contribute to farm development and long-term improvement initiatives
- Uphold and enforce safety, labor, and environmental standards
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of proven team leadership and operations management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced outdoor settings
- Highly organized, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
- Farm, construction, or production experience is a strong asset
- Spanish-speaking skills are highly preferred
- Associate degree required
- Valid driver’s license and relocation/commuting ability to Merrill, WI
