General Landscaper / Hardscape Installer – 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a General Landscaper / Hardscape Installer with a well-established company specializing in hardscape installation, masonry, and concrete work. Unlike seasonal landscaping roles, this company offers steady work year-round, including indoor shop work during colder months, supporting a full-time crew.

Schedule:
1st Shift
Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays as needed
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00, per hour, depending on experience
Position Overview
This is a hands-on construction and outdoor role focused on hardscape projects, masonry, and concrete work. Work will vary between job sites and indoor shop tasks depending on the season and project needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with hardscape installation including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor features
• Perform masonry and concrete work such as forming, pouring, and finishing
• Support site prep including grading, digging, and base installation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
• Work with materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and pavers
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
• Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a team-focused environment
Qualifications
• Experience in landscaping, construction, masonry, or concrete work preferred
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on labor in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with tools and construction materials
• Ability to work well with a small, team-oriented crew
