Responsibilities
Our custodial team plays a vital role in keeping facilities clean, safe, and comfortable. Daily responsibilities include:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets
- Empty trash and maintain waste receptacles
- Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, and building surfaces
- Prepare vacant rooms and apartments for new occupants
- Move furniture and appliances as needed
- Assist with special cleaning projects and event setups
- Remove snow and debris from designated walkways
- Report damaged or missing equipment and furnishing
Qualifications
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
