Position Overview
The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports daily plant operations by performing mechanical maintenance on production equipment, identifying equipment issues, and completing repairs that minimize downtime. This role requires strong technical ability, a commitment to safety, and the reliability needed to support a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Complete required safety inspections each shift.

Maintain and repair pumps, motors, mills, piping, conveyors, and related equipment.

Install bearings and rebuild gearboxes, compressors, and other plant machinery.

Perform precision alignments and use precision measuring tools.

Maintain and repair lubrication systems.

Operate mobile equipment safely after MSHA-approved training.

Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
What You Bring

Experience with conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, and industrial mechanical systems.

ARC welding ability.

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude with problem-solving skills.

Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
