Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking four dependable and hardworking landscaping associates to support a local client during their peak season. These temporary positions require individuals who take pride in consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform outdoor labor safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris

Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and maintaining garden beds

Load, unload, and move materials such as soil, mulch, gravel, and plants
-
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
-
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
-
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner
Requirements
-
Dependability is essential — consistent attendance and punctuality are required

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-
Capable of lifting 40–50 lbs. and performing physical labor throughout the shift

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required
