Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on facilities, equipment, and grounds

Respond to on-call requests promptly and professionally

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues

Conduct inspections and identify potential problems before they escalate
-
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status
-
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
-
Work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction when required
-
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
-
Perform outdoor work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred

Strong multitasking abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated

High attention to fine details and quality workmanship

Willingness to be on call at all times as needed

Comfortable working in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
