What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting pet owners and their dogs with a friendly,
positive attitude
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing reservations
