Zack attended The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide), graduating with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. He worked for a fortune 100 company for 15 years ascending to the executive level as Assistant to the Senior Vice President of External Affairs. Zack has an Economic Development /Human Resources background, and for a long time has had an interest in helping businesses prosper and grow. So, owning a staffing firm that helps companies find great employees is perfect for him. Zack opened his Augusta Express Office in 2013.

Express is the largest privately held staffing company in the nation and has over 800 Express Offices throughout the world. With Zack's dedication, perseverance, and exceptional leadership skills, he and his team have grown his office to where it consistently is recognized in Express's "Cycle of Excellence".

Zack Daffin is an exemplary citizen inour community with numerous active roles in community organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Family YMCA (past chair), and the CSRA Community Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Augusta and Leadership Georgia, and was in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 - 1989.

As Office Manager, Daphne ensures that things run smoothly here at Express Employment Professionals of Augusta. She has been with the Augusta office from the very beginning when it opened in December of 2013. To build on her already tremendous leadership qualities, while at Express, she has received numerous educational certifications to include Express' prestigious EUPC (Express University Professionals Certification) in December 2018. 

Formerly the Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, she was with the Chamber for 20 plus years.  While there, she also served as Interim President from July 2005 to October 2005. 

A native of the universal world (army brat), Daphne graduated from Wurzburg American High School in Wurzburg, Germany and attend Albany State College in Albany, Georgia.  Ultimately, she graduated from Troy University with a BA in Psychology.  She received her Chamber Institute Training Certification IOM (Institute for Organizational Management) in August 2000 at the College of Charleston.  Daphne was a member of the local SHRM Augusta Area Chapter (Society for Human Resource Management) where she served as Program Chair in 2005, Treasurer from 2006 to 2010, Diversity Chair in 2011, 2012 President-Elect, and President in 2013.  She has been a long-standing member of the National SHRM Chapter since 2005.   She is an alumnus of Leadership Augusta and has served on the Board of the Greater Augusta Arts Council for five years since 2013.

In her spare time, Daphne enjoys running and working out.  She is active in her church, Strong Tower Christian Fellowship, where she serves as treasurer and sings on the praise team. Daphne is married to Darrell Jones, has one child (Re-Shaun Jones), daughter-in-law (Brittney), and one grandson (Titan).

 Shannon Jaques is new to the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and is Express Employment Professionals' newest asset. She is the first smiling face you will see if you visit our office.  Shannon keeps us organized and, on our toes, and most importantly, ensures that payroll is completed accurately and on schedule!  Shannon came to us with over 16 years of diverse management and administrative experience.  She is excited to be part of a strong networking team helping individuals find opportunities and careers.

Andrew joined the Express team in July of 2018 and is its Senior Employment Specialist. Andrew is most passionate about fulfilling the Client needs in an effective and efficient manner with Associates that are a good fit for the organization.

Andrew is a retired Command Sergeant Major in the Army where he served 32 years in a variety of assignments, mainly in human resources both stateside and overseas. His awards and decorations included the Legion of Merit with an Oak Leaf Cluster and 8 Meritorious Service Medals.

He was a Basketball High School All American and attended Claflin University on a Basketball Scholarship. Andrew graduated from William Penn University with a Bachelor of Art degree in Business Management and later earned a Master of Art degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. He is also a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Andrew and his wife Andrea have 5 children and 4 grandchildren.

 

Donna spent six years serving in the United States Army in communications and lived in Germany and Korea during that time. She loves giving back to her community by volunteering and mentoring young people. She earned a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Political Science and after graduating, she spent over fifteen years working for 3 universities in higher education. She also spent four years teaching elementary school. Donna graduated with a master's degree in Public Administration in 2004 from Old Dominion University and is currently working on a doctorate degree in Public Administration. She enjoys spending her free time with Jellybean and Lola, a chihuahua puppy and calico cat, and loves professional football.

Our Business Developer, Samuel J Lilly IV has been with the Express Employment Professionals of Augusta family since 2016. Samuel is a high energy, don't take no for an answer type of guy. He loves working for Express because of its family atmosphere and the fact that the team prays together each morning.

Samuel is an Augusta native and graduated of the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology with a Business Management Degree in 1988. He received his master's degree from Troy State University with an Industrial Technology Degree in 2004. Samuel also played 5 wonderful years of professional football in the NFL.

He has been married to Dana for 24 years and enjoys cooking at home, training sports athletes, and playing video games.

 

Tonja E. Akinlabi is Express' newest Employment Specialist. She is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and is new to the Central Savanna River Area (CSRA). Tonja beings over 24 years of customer service experience in retail, is very passionate about helping people, and always is willing to do whatever it takes in assisting our associates.

Gerald has been in staffing for almost five years and has enjoyed every second. He is in staffing because he loves connecting good people with good jobs. Gerald has a degree in Criminal Justice and believes in surrounding myself with positive and motivating individuals that will help and encourage him and others to be a better people.

 Gerald is from Down South Georgia and spends his free time doing the two things he loves most - spending time with family and his music. Besides staffing he is a singer/songwriter, and producer.

Anthony comes to Express with 15 years of diverse management, 13 of which are in logistics. He has a entrepreneurial spirit, a strong passion for helping others, leads with is heart, but stands firm on morals and respect. He believes it doesn't matter how many times you fall down, that what truly matters is how many times you get backup. He also believes that love is the greatest thing this world has to offer.

Anthony is excited about being a part of the Express family. As he puts it, he is a small town man with Big Dreams and one who takes pride in being a father of three.
