Brian and Jayne DeKraker opened Express Employment Professionals of Battle Creek in 2013.  Due to their impact on the community, they opened the Express Employment Professionals of Jonesville in 2020.

Brian and Jayne sought to find a community where they could help positively impact the area.  This led them to opening the Battle Creek, MI Express Employment Professionals office in 2013 and the Jonesville, MI office in 2020.  After opening, Brian and Jayne quickly became the driving force enriching individual lives and their families through gainful employment opportunities. Through these last 10 years, they both believe that the success they have achieved lies within the team's ability to exceed our client's expectations.  It is important for us to build partnerships with our clients and build trust with our associates. 

Brian is an experienced business leader who manages our team to help all our clients and associates find that match to come together.  His background includes working for a global manufacturer with experience in Operations Management and as a North America Safety Manager.  Brian believes that nothing is or should be handed to you.  You must earn it.  He prides himself on our ability to find the right fit and fill quickly with the opportunities we are given by our clients.  He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor degree in Business Management while working full-time.  Outside of the office he enjoys scuba diving, lobster catching, deep sea fishing, golf and spending time with family. 

Jayne cares deeply for the well-being of people regardless of their situation.  She has compassion, empathy and a drive to help clients find the right people and to help our associates find the best positions for them.  She has a background as a Laboratory Technician and has homeschooled their two children from kindergarten to graduation.  As an owner, Jayne supports our office as the Staffing Specialist Manager.  Outside the office she enjoys riding her horses, scuba diving and spending time with family.
