Meet Matt Field

Becoming a franchisee is anything but a sprint, but rather a journey which requires endurance. With plans to open three new Express Employment Professionals locations in Chicago, IL, Matt Field has proven to have the needed endurance.

Matt has also proven that endurance away from the business world by being named an Ironman in 2012 after completing the rigorous triathlon. His ability to sustain through all is a key characteristic needed to create and build a business. Matt and his wife of 19 years, Rachel, have also built a successful home care franchise in north suburbs of Chicago. 

“Matt is a ‘type A personality’ that understands the importance of building relationships and serving others,” said Brook Wise, Senior Franchise Executive. “He also understands what it takes to build a business from scratch.” 

Proof of Matt’s efforts in the Chicago community is his involvement on every level with nonprofits, charities, and other organizations. Currently, Matt is spending his spare time training a puppy to serve as a therapy dog for volunteer visits to hospitals. 

“Matt is a results - oriented individual who is not afraid to do the work,” said Wise. 

As Matt joins the Express family, he looks to continue achieving results in a strong, growing industry while still making an impact and meeting his family’s needs.
