Gillian is a seasoned staffing industry expert with over 22+ years of experience. Originally from the suburbs of Dublin City, Ireland, Gillian moved to the United States in 1995 to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Muhlenberg College in Allentown. 

During her time at TempStar staffing in Reading, her enthusiasm for staffing was sparked, leading her to unveil her innate ability to unearth the ideal pairing for candidates across all skill levels and positions. Her relentless drive focused on securing the "right fit" for people in various positions and at all skill levels, ultimately benefiting her esteemed clientele.

Over the years, Gillian has developed a wealth of experience in permanent placement, as well as contract and temporary staffing solutions. She has managed several large contract partnerships, built and managed teams of both inside recruiting and outside sales teams, and developed staffing strategies that account for seasonal and cyclical growth demands.

In July 2004, Gillian purchased the regional franchise Express office, which has since grown into the Easton/Bethlehem Express Employment Professionals. As the Owner and General Manager, she has built a respected reputation for her ability to work with local business owners and their staff to manage their entire recruiting and staffing process, creating core teams that can withstand the test of time.
