Kyle began his career in Staffing at Express in April 2013. Prior to working for Express, Kyle attended school to become an electrician, and held a variety of positions within the Industrial sector.

When Kyle isn't staffing Professional Industrial positions, he can be found watching baseball or playing golf.

Rachael joined Express in April 2014 with two years of Staffing experience under her belt. She began her career in Accounting & Administrative Staffing following the completion of her Master's in Educational Psychology. 

When Rachael isn't using her experience to match Associates with local opportunities, she can be found spending time with her kids.

Nate joined Express in October 2015 as the Front Office Coordinator. His avid work ethic and eager personality propelled him into the role of Staffing Consultant after only 3½ months of his tenure with Express.  In July 2016, he took over the role of Marketing & Recruiting Specialist, using his talents to service both the Edwardsville & Fairview Heights Express offices.  In March of 2019, Nate was promoted to Marketing and Recruiting Manager.  

Nate came from the exciting background of acting, writing, and producing. He spent time working on both the East & West Coasts producing and appearing in short and feature length films, music videos, and commercials. Nowadays, Nate can be found running, cycling, or cheering on the Cardinals.

Angie joined Express in November 2015 as the Business Developer for Madison County, bringing with her an extensive amount of knowledge, determination, and of course, her winning smile. Prior to accruing 7 years of experience in Sales, Angie obtained her Bachelors in Mortuary Management.  In March of 2019, Angie was promoted to Sales Manager. 

When Angie isn't hitting the pavement finding good companies with good jobs for good people, she can be found taking walks, visiting the beach, or playing with her son. 

Ashleigh joined the Express team in July of 2019. She has 6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations. She obtained her B.A. degree in Corporate Communications from SIUE, minoring in Public Relations. Ashleigh's favorite part of her new role is meeting new people and identifying their business needs to better offer solutions. She loves to help!
