Lauren is the owner of Express Employment Professionals Lexington – Irmo, SC. Lauren joined Express in 2014 as an Employment Specialist and realized her passion for helping people find good jobs and helping companies find good people. After working with Express for 6 years, she decided to open her own Express office. Lauren relocated from her home state of West Virginia at the beginning of 2020 to open Express.

Alyssa joined Express Employment in May 2022. As our Front Office Coordinator, she oversees the scheduling flow of our office, processes payroll, and works closely with our job seekers to ensure their success when starting a new role with Express. Alyssa prides herself for being a welcoming presence to our workforce and helping connect people with meaningful employment.

Alyssa is originally from the Lexington, SC area and studied Business Management at Midlands Technical College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, exploring new cities, and is an avid country music fan.

Nadia joined Express Employment in March 2022. Nadia began with Express as a Recruiting Specialist and developed a passion for helping her community find meaningful employment. Nadia’s drive and unmatched work ethic gained her a promotion to Employment Specialist.  Nadia’s goal is to meet needs of businesses sourcing top talent and helping an associate earn a paycheck to support their family.

Nadia is originally from Michigan and studied Mass Communication at Savannah State University. In her free time, Nadia enjoys reading science fiction, photography, and staying active in her fitness goals. Nadia’s mindset reflects her favorite quote “Every moment is a fresh beginning”. 

Marissa joined Express Employment in August of 2022 as an Employment Specialist.  Marissa is dedicated to working with companies across the Lexington County, SC area to help source qualified candidates for roles they are seeking to fill.  

Marissa is originally from the Elgin, SC area. In her free time she enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and dog, reading, and loves solving puzzles – especially escape rooms.

Jillian joined Express in February of 2022. As our Business Developer, Jillian is very in tune with the economic growth of Lexington County. Jillian consults with business owners and hiring managers to overcome hiring obstacles, plan for future hiring needs, and identify what talent and skills they need on their team.

Jillian is originally from Sumter, SC and studied Business Administration at the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, Jillian enjoys going on new adventures, spending time with friends and family, and spoiling Tate, her mini golden-doodle, who may greet you next time you are at the office.
