Jon and Becky Rolen are the owners of the Murfreesboro Express office that was established in March 2006 and the Manchester Express office established in April 2019.  Their fervent passion of helping others achieve career goals and stability is what fuels the business. Jon is a Louisiana native but has been a resident of Murfreesboro since 1965, while Becky was born and raised in middle Tennessee. The pair met in high school and married in 1980. Jon attended both Middle Tennessee State University and University of Tennessee, obtaining a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1979. That  same year, Becky received a Bachelors and Masters equivalency in speech pathology, where she would work with Murfreesboro city schools as a teacher until her retirement in 2013. After his graduation, Jon would further his career as owner / operator at both Sonic Drive-Ins and Snap-On Tools. He has been a member of the Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.

The couple celebrates their business for its success and impact in the community. The Murfreesboro office has been honored as a Circle of Excellence office for the last 5 years and was praised with the Neighborhood Marketing Award. Jon and Becky sought to establish a premier staffing service where people could be treated equally and fairly; they are pleased to say that goal has been met. Born in McMinnville, TN, Ethan is one of the few native Middle Tennesseans. He is a graduate MTSU with a major in Criminal Justice. After graduating, Ethan went to work at Saks Fifth Avenue in their fraud department and developed an interest in the fashion industry. He then took a position at Nordstrom and dipped more into the styling and fashion side of the industry which led him to custom clothing sales at Tom James and then Billy Reid as Director of Made to Measure. When Covid happened, Ethan was ready to stop traveling as much and settle down back to his roots in McMinnville. He was offered a position as Business Developer in our Franklin, TN Branch and now serves in our Manchester, TN Branch.   

In his free time, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, Ally, and 2 children, Betty and Webb have settled into the McMinnville area and are excited to be close to family and friends again. He is also a huge Tennessee Vols and Titan fan and enjoys attending the games when he can. 

Reneé grew up in many different cities in Middle and East TN, but is currently residing close to Manchester. She is an active member of her church and enjoys guiding teens to experience many avenues of worship and find God's will. She enjoys playing a variety of woodwinds instruments along with piano. When Reneé is not doing those activities, you can find her spending time with family. They go to the beach every chance they get; although, hiking happens more frequently. She graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Degree in Interpersonal Communications. Reneé loves working for Express because she has a passion for meeting new people, hearing about their experiences, and then helping them move in a direction that will improve their lives.

From Sarasota, Florida, Jared graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He spent the last 10 years in hospitality management. Cooking, going to sporting events, and playing golf are three things he is most likely doing when not at work. He enjoys spending time with his son, family and friends. He is blessed to be part of the Express Employment Professionals team because it truly changes lives.

John was originally born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and moved to the Manchester area in 2020. John grew up hunting, camping, riding / racing snowmobiles and was a goalie on his local hockey team for 4+ years! In his spare time now, he enjoys working on vehicles, playing video games, and spending time with friends, family and his dog, Bella. John says the most rewarding thing about his job is "having the unique opportunity to meet and help members of my community". John is looking forward to a long career with express and the community we help!

Emma Mcghee loves helping people. She is always striving to bring 100% to the work that she does and to build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike. She enjoys spending time with her family and has been married for 15 years. She has two beautiful children, a 13-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she likes to cook and do church activities.
