I am Owner of Express, North Aurora Location.   I purchased this location June first of 2021.  At Express, we have dedicated recruiting desks that enable my recruiters to be more knowledgeable in their area of placement. For example: We have a dedicated desk for Skilled Trades/CDL, Legal/Banking/Office Administrative. Light Industrial/Manufacturing and Accounting.

Prior to joining Express I was an Executive Director with Employbridge Staffing.  My territory included Baltimore MD, Detroit Michigan, Cleveland-Dayton-Columbus Ohio, Florence Kentucky, Minneapolis Minnesota, Chicago Illinois, and Indianapolis Indiana.    I had full P@L and budget responsibility, hire and development of staff, open new locations,  ensure YOY growth of 20% plus for my region. 

I am a Wife, Minister, Licensed John Maxwell Coach and Motivational Speaker. I am also a proud Board Member for The Lazarus House Shelter, Aurora Regional Chamber, and Kane County Development.
