Mike has been with Express since 2004 and is the President of the Parsippany, Fairfield, Bloomfield, Hackettstown, and Hawthorne, NJ offices. Throughout high school and college, Mike worked for Express as a temporary associate at several clients and was an intern in the Marketing Department. Since his beginning with Express, Mike has always focused on the sales and marketing effort along with operations and strategy. He has his MBA from Montclair State University in Business Administration and his BS from the College of New Jersey in Finance and Economics.

Christina officially joined the Express team in Spring 2013. Throughout high school and part of college, Christina worked for Express as a contract employee at multiple clients and also worked part time in various roles within the Parsippany and Fairfield offices. Prior to joining Express, Christina achieved her M.S in Engineering from Princeton University, her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the College of New Jersey and has her license as Professional Engineer in NJ.  Christina's exposure to various industries, technical disciplines, and formal education makes her an asset to our recruiting team.

Joanne started the company with Peter in 1995. She is a co-owner of the Parsippany, Fairfield, Hackettstown, Hawthorne, and Bloomfield, NJ offices.

Noelle has been with Express since April of 2005 where started her Express career as a staffing consultant and sales rep before she became a manager. Over her time with Express, Noelle has worked in multiple offices, becoming well versed in each territory. Additionally, she has opened and consulted many Express franchises, working closely with owners to increase profitability.  Currently, Noelle is the Director of Risk and Development for our Northern NJ offices and has been ASA Certified Staffing Professional since 2017.

Jacklyn has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2008, and has worked in a variety of roles within the company during her time here. Currently, she is the Managing Director of our SRG Department. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey in both Sociology & Psychology.

Carolina has been with Express since December 2016 and has worked in both the Fairfield and Hawthorne Territories as a Business Development Representative. While she was in the Business Development role, she achieved Top 50 Sales Rep status for multiple months and landed several large/anchor accounts. Most recently she was the Site Manager of the Fairfield office and led the office to BRONZE Circle of Excellence in 2021. She has shown the ability to retain and develop great talent in her office. 

As a Director of Operations, Carolina leads the teams in all our offices training new staff, growing client count and working closely with SRG and Back-office/Risk Departments. 

Carolina has Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from William Paterson University. She is Express University (EU) Certified in FOC, Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Business Management. She also obtained her CSP designation from ASA.  

Emeli has been with Express since 2016, starting as an Onsite Recruiter for our Oakland office (which has since moved to the Hawthorne location). She moved on to work in our Bloomfield and Fairfield offices. Over the past 5 years, Emeli was instrumental in the Fairfield office hitting Silver and Bronze of Excellence , earning the Fab5 Award and breaking client count records. Most recently she has been the Recruiting Manager in Fairfield leading the team and focusing on skilled trade staffing.

Emeli oversees our Fairfield and Bloomfield offices and continues to focus on growing multiple product lines (Professional, Office Services, Skilled Trades, and LID).

Valentina joined Express Employment Professionals in July 2020, starting as a novice Employment Specialist for the Hackettstown, NJ Office. Throughout her time with Express Valentina has been known for her superior Customer Service to companies and job seekers in Warren and Sussex counties. 

Valentina leads our Hawthorne and Hackettstown offices and continues to focus on growing multiple product lines (Professional, Office Services, Skilled Trades, and LID).

Gregg has worked at Express Employment Professionals in Hawthorne since September 2021 when he was hired to be a Business Development Representative.  Gregg has more than 15 years of experience in Sales Management and has been a part of his family’s small business for over 20 years.  He works very hard to ensure that his clients productivity needs are fully met. 

Gregg currently oversees sales and marketing for all 5 of our offices.

 

Sylvia has been with Express for almost 3 years and has worked in the Fairfield, Parsippany & Bloomfield Territories. For 2020 and 2021 she was instrumental in the Fairfield office achieving Bronze Circle of Excellence. That year she has helped Fairfield to achieve 7% growth.  One of her greatest accomplishments was her role as the Onsite Recruiter at a large client in 2020. For several months, Sylvia was responsible for over 300 associates on a daily basis! Sylvia currently oversees our Parsippany team and continues to focus on growing multiple product lines (Professional, Office Services, Skilled Trades, and LID).  Sylvia has Bachelor's Degree  in Communication from William Paterson University. She is Express University(EU) Certified in Business Management.

 

Chelsea started working with Express Northern NJ in 2018. When she entered her role as an Operations Assistant, she assisted in back office (administrative) responsibilities, internal talent acquisition, worker's comp, and social media. Her role has since morphed and she is now leaning more on the social media and digital marketing side of the business. Chelsea is responsible for a variety of office operations including but not limited to: social media content management, coordinating email campaigns/training staff on utilizing email campaign software, localized Express branding for our 5 offices, organizing internal events, coordinating tech support, among a variety of other responsibilities. In summary, her main goal is to allow our staff to focus on recruiting and marketing by supporting and managing a variety of background functions. 

Chelsea graduated Ramapo College in 2013 with a B.A. in Theater.
