Charlene joined Express in June of 2023 as a Recruiting Assistant. With a diverse background in customer service, vocational rehabilitation services, and editing/writing, she has always found joy and passion in helping people. In her free time, you can find her writing short stories, watching the latest movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Jocelyn joined Express in 2021 as Front Office Coordinator and since then has moved into the Recruiting Specialist role and is now an Employment Specialist. Jocelyn loves talking with applicants and helping them to feel welcome and not alone in their job search. Jocelyn's goal is to bring relationships back into staffing and recruiting. In her free time you will find her spending time with her family and pets.

Rachel joined Express in March of 2017 in Centralia, WA. For the first 5 years, she worked in an Employment Specialist role where she managed a blended desk consisting of Skilled Trades, Office Services and Light Industrial. She now works in our Professional Division here in Olympia, recruiting for Accounting and Finance positions as well as Human Resources and Industrial Management. With a strong passion for helping people, Rachel loves working at Express knowing there are endless opportunities to help make a difference in someone else's life and the community. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and hiking in the beautiful PNW!

Chris joined Express in December of 2021 as the Employment Specialist for our Office Services Division. Chris interviews candidates and places them in a variety of Administrative positions in Thurston County. He works closely with employers to determine exactly what skills they are looking for and matches the right candidates to those jobs. Before joining Express Chris worked as a purchasing agent for a large medical facility for the last 14 years. Chris enjoys watching sports in his free time, and most of all loves football.

Megan joined Express in July of 2018 as the Recruiting Specialist in Centralia, WA. In her time with Express she has moved around into different roles such as; Front Office Coordinator, Staffing Administrative Assistant, Employment Specialist, Payroll Coordinator, and is now our Front Office Manager.

In her free time you will find her spending time with her family and pets.

Katrina joined the Express family in February 2019. She hails from a long background in sales, business development, and customer service. With over 10 years of experience working with local businesses in Thurston County, Katrina thrives in building connections within our community to bring long-term solutions to everyday problems. Ashley started with Express in April of 2015 as the Front Office Coordinator in Centralia, WA. Over her years with Express she has moved up into different roles such as; Employment Specialist, Office Manager & Managing Director, and is now in the Olympia office as Managing Partner, where she is involved in the office management as well as the professional level recruiting. In her free time Ashley enjoys hiking in the PNW with her husband and kids and has a goal to visit every National Park in the US!

 

Allison joined the Express Healthcare family in September of 2022 after moving to Washington from Austin, Texas.  She comes to us with 15 years of customer service experience and an extensive background in coaching, training and staff development. Her role at Express centers around recruiting candidates for placement in local healthcare facilities and building relationships with healthcare professionals looking to expand their work experience.  Allison comes to us after 6 years of restaurant management and is excited for the opportunity to branch out in the vast world of healthcare.  Allison and her husband love trying new restaurants and taking their daughters and pups on long hikes through the beautiful PNW.

Connie joined the Express Healthcare team in October 2023 after moving to Olympia from northern Michigan. She works as the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator and has a background in healthcare settings. Her major role at Express is to find and recruit healthcare professionals into Express which allows them to find work in facilities all over the state of Washington. One of Connie’s favorite places to go is Seattle and explore the city with her friends and loved ones.

Jessica is a professional with a passion for healthcare and an eye for detail. With a background as a former pharmacy technician, her deep understanding of healthcare intricacies, garnered from previous roles, enables her to navigate challenges with finesse while upholding the highest standards of patient care. If she’s not spending time with her family, she channels her creativity into cake decorating for family and friends and captures the beauty of the Pacific Northwest through her photography. 

Reilly is the Contract, Credentialing and Payroll Coordinator for Express Healthcare Professionals. She started with Express in August 2020.
