Jan is currently celebrating her 20th anniversary as the owner of Express Employment Professionals of Round Rock. After joining the staffing industry two decades ago, she has built a strong business through her compassion for others, hard work, and true leadership abilities. She instills in her employees that everyone deserves a chance and expects her team to have the same compassion for the applicants and candidates who come through her office.

Jan’s philosophy stems from many years as a successful educator, where she saw firsthand that a little hope can go a long way. Energized by people with passion, connection, and a desire to help her community, Jan has the natural ability to bring people together.

With an impressive wealth of industry expertise coupled with an unwavering determination, she has steered her franchise into the prestigious ranks of the Top 50 out of the over 850 offices within the Express family since opening her office two decades ago. Her optimistic demeanor and adept sense of humor serve as powerful tools for fostering rapport and confidence among clients. These exceptional qualities, complimented by her ingenious approach to tackling challenges and introducing pioneering solutions have elevated her to the status of a coveted consultant in the field of staffing.

Jan has a degree from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and is a proud alumnus. She is also a certified Human Resource Professional. Jan’s belief that people are naturally good is a true demonstration of her selflessness and compassion for others. Throughout her time with Express, she has raised three children, ages 30, 25, and 15 while simultaneously giving her time and talents to serve on several local boards, making an immediate impact on others. 

Jennifer joined the Express team in 2013 as an industrial staffing consultant. With 5 years of prior experience in the recruitment industry, it’s no surprise that over the last decade, she has established herself as a true expert in industrial recruiting and is ready for a new challenge.

Jennifer has now taken over our skilled trades division - within her first 6 months she has already set new office records and has been ranked in the top 10 skilled trades recruiters nationwide out of over 850 offices. A lover of her family and friends, street tacos, and anything involving the ocean; Jennifer says “Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping others.”

While her biggest source of motivation comes from her 3 beautiful children; the combination of industry knowledge, integrity, and a passion for helping others has helped Jennifer to become wildly successful. This passion has led to over 1000 permanent positions for people in the Williamson County area during her time at Express. Jennifer has the innate ability to place the right candidates in the right jobs, ensuring her continual success in our skilled trades division!

Kaitlyn is not only one of the newest members of our Express team here in Round Rock, but she is also newly engaged! She was originally a part of the Express team in Jacksonville before making the move to Texas and joining the Round Rock family.

Even while actively planning her wedding, she has quickly found her stride with us and was recently promoted from a Recruiting Coordinator to a Jr. Industrial Employment Specialist. Kaitlyn has an obsession with Harry Potter, Sushi, and her two cats - Princess and Meeshka. However, she has said, “Nothing brings me more happiness than when I can help others find employment!” 

Kelsey has been with Express for 13 years, beginning as a staffing consultant with the Round Rock office back in December of 2010 and quickly working her way up to Recruitment Manager by early 2016. A proud graduate of the University of Mary Hardin Baylor - Express has been her first and only career since graduating. Throughout her tenure, Kelsey has brought a new light into our office - always positive, supportive, and a truly remarkable role model for the entire team she manages.

With over 13 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment, Krystal has earned a reputation as a market leader for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the Williamson County area. Throughout her 9 years with Express, she has successfully placed candidates with a variety of skill sets, ranging from C-Suite and Executive-level placements to administrative support staff and entry-level admins.

As a kid, Krystal aspired to be a veterinarian. She opted for living on a farm instead, where she raises chickens, goats, a donkey, and her dog and cat. Despite being a self-proclaimed introvert, her strong aptitude to get to know clients and find out what is important when screening candidates makes her an expert in the area. She looks for nuances and intangibles in addition to her skill set and experience to make sure that it is a true fit for all involved.

Krystal's communication with clients, ability to handle HR situations, and recruiting expertise have made her invaluable to her clients. Nothing brings more happiness to Krystal than her ability to match an associate with a good career.

Maria started at Express in 2018 as a Recruiter where she gained invaluable knowledge in vetting candidates. Through hard work and dedication, she quickly became a go-to resource for identifying qualified candidates across all niches within Express. Maria was promoted to Employment Specialist in 2022 and has continued to make a positive impact as part of our industrial team.

A mother of a beautiful 5-year-old, Maria loves butter pecan ice cream, Christmas, the color pink, and DIY-ing just about anything she can. Maria is on a mission to empower candidates to grow in their chosen fields and enjoys providing the necessary tools and opportunities that help guide them toward a successful future through encouragement, training, and coaching. Her passion for helping others succeed and her ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment have helped her grow our industrial staffing division.

Tyler has been with Express for the last 3 years in our skilled trades division, he has recently made the jump to professional recruiting and headhunting. With diverse recruiting abilities across multiple disciplines, Tyler applies effective talent acquisition strategies to place top candidates. He has exceptional knowledge and experience in recruiting for a variety of industry sectors and his ability to consult clients on their specific organizational needs, coupled with a strong network of clients and candidates in Williamson County, has led him to great success in his new role within our professional staffing division.

Tyler was recently married and has two cavalier King Charles spaniel dogs which he proudly refers to as his “fur children.” A graduate from Texas State University, he became fluent in German while studying abroad in Austria and Germany, and graduated with a double major in World History and Political Science. Thus, Tyler likes to stay up to date with current events and how they might impact the talent market. He is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, a licensed notary, and enjoys oldies (60s and 70s) music.
