Ron also Consulted in various markets such as Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. While conducting business with Clients and Consultants, Ron personally focused on the magnitude of strong Client/Consultant relationships.

Rick joined SRG as a seasoned IT professional with over three decades of practical experience. He proudly served in the US Navy before embarking on a remarkable career in the corporate world. His most recent role was as an IT executive at a global Fortune 50 company, where he held leadership responsibilities for the company's operations in the southern half of the United States, specifically in the state, local, and education sector. Rick has a track record of success in delivering IT solutions spans federal, state, and local government sectors, as well as the commercial industry. He achieved this through a combination of strategic planning, effective leadership, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
When Rick is not building and connecting relationships with clients, He enjoys traveling with his wife, looking for the best eats, woodworking, antique restorations, landscaping, boating and being a grandparent to three remarkable grandkids!

Amber joined SRG in October of 2023 as the Executive Director, Technology focused on working with clients in the high-tech space. She joins us after over a decade of experience both building and leading recruiting teams at tech companies, helping them hire talent in both industry and executive recruiting spaces. She is experienced working with company executives to plan their talent strategy to best support changing business needs and allowing them to have the right people at the right time. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring that both clients and candidates come first.
When Amber is not working with tech clients, she is usually spending time with her husband and kids – on the sports fields, traveling, cooking, or finding new adventures. Food is her family’s passion, and they are always looking for something new to cook or try!

Brett joined Specialized Recruiting Group in June 2022 after years of experience in higher education employment services, and collegiate and professional football recruiting. As an IT Recruiter, he enjoys getting to know candidates and hiring managers serving as the liaison between professionals and clients toward realizing the ultimate goal of a staffing partnership.
He and his wife, Taniya, enjoy spending time with their Pomeranian. They enjoy boating on Mountain Island Lake, gardening, going to the movies, and eating international cuisines around town. A graduate of UNC Charlotte and UGA, Brett is an avid supporter of 49ers Athletics and Georgia Bulldogs Football.

Charlene started with Express Employment Professionals in Lafollette, TN in 2015 as the Director of Business Development until she transitioned into the role of Professional Technical Recruiter with Specialized Recruiting Group an Express Employment Company in 2017 in Knoxville, TN.
